Project

What is a Project?

A project is essentially a group of forms created for specific surveys, each with its own structure and permissions.

How does Fieldata handle multiple teams working on the same project?

Fieldata supports multiple teams working on the same project by assigning different tasks, regions, or forms to each team. Teams can work independently, and their progress can be tracked separately in the dashboard. Real-time data synchronization ensures all team inputs are consolidated for accurate analysis.

How is project data secured in Fieldata?

Fieldata prioritizes data security by implementing various measures:

  • Data Encryption: All data is encrypted during both transmission and storage.

  • RBAC: Only authorized users have access to specific data based on their roles.

  • Unique User Authentication: Access is restricted through strong login protocols and two-factor authentication.

  • Audit Logs: Every action is recorded, providing a complete history of who accessed or modified data.
