# Payment & Subscription
How do I subscribe to a Fieldata plan?
You can subscribe to Fieldata by visiting our pricing page, selecting the plan that suits your needs, and following the payment process. Once your payment is confirmed, your subscription will be activated immediately.
What payment methods do you accept?
Fieldata accepts major payment methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment gateways such as PayPal. Please contact support if you need assistance with alternate methods.
Is there a free trial available for Fieldata?
Yes, Fieldata offers a free trial for new users. You can sign up and explore the platform’s features before choosing a paid subscription plan.
What happens if I miss a payment?
If you miss a payment, you will receive a notification, and your account will be placed in a grace period. During this period, you can make the payment to maintain full access to your subscription. If the payment is not received after the grace period, your account may be downgraded or suspended.
Do I get an invoice for my payment?
Yes, after each payment, an invoice will be automatically sent to the email address associated with your account. You can also download invoices directly from your Fieldata dashboard.
